Kiwi Sport

To start of the day of Kiwi sport we played a quick game of stuck in the mud. We then changed over to be put into 4 teams and then we versed each team. Each of the teams got to verse against each other and the winning team of the game could stay in the match of versing the other teams in rippa rugby. Rippa Rugby was really fun as our teams was having fun and we dident blame each other.

Kiwi Can

This week for our Kiwi can our theme is integrity and our topic is accountability.  To test our skills of integrity we played a game called " Snatch " and also a game called hand soccer. To play snatch we had to get a partner and see who can snatch the cone without flinching to the name that is called out. The Next game we played was hand soccer. Hand soccer we had to be put into 2 separate teams and then each of us have a number to verse each other. So when they call out a number and if you have the number you have to verse the other teams number that is the same as yours. All in all  we improved with our points and got a high score

Tech Reflection

This week for tech we created a animation from scratch to recreate a animated story. In our animated story we collected our codes from using our research skills. This week for tech we all found a topic and answers some questions to start of. To start of our day at tech we usually play kahoot.it to get our brain ready.

Inchcape rock

This week I have been focusing on the inch cape rock poem verse 2. Here I made a DLO with the poem in right punctuation and then I have put in my definition of the verse. We first read out our verses then we started to figure out the definition to our verses out the poem of "Inchcape Rock".

M&M's Research

We have been learning about the history of m&m's. m&m's where first solved to the soldiers because of the taste/hard sugar coating that kept the m&m's from melting. Witch once of these treats where made first? m&m's or smarties? 

Colloquialisms /Slang DLO

During reading today our group learnt about Colloquialisms and Slang. By creating this dlo we were able to make a stronger connection about these two language we have learnt about. We have worked together by talking about our understandings together as a group.

Lung capacity

To compare the lung capacity of students in LS2 we used one breath to blow up a balloon, then we measured the circumference of the balloon in cm. Then we could graph the results to compare them. 3 facts about this graph is: 

Julian got the highest.

Ofa and Fraidoon got 63.

Avalon got the lowest. 

1870 Clothes

This week Tiava,Lyric,Sky and I created a DLO about 1870 men clothing. First we gathered in the name of the clothing back then. We then put in the photo and a bit of Information about it in our DLO. We all learnt how to use our smart searching skills about 1870. The sites we got most of the information from will me in the links below.

Charlotte Anne

Today as a group we  created a DLO about a woman named Charlotte Anne using the 6 hats. The first hat in our presentation is the white hat. The White hat talks about the facts presented to us in the video we watched. We then have a Vocab and New word list witch explains the definition of each word. For more information about Charlotte Anne is in the last 7 hat slides. I found this easy and fun to find using my searching skills.

Tech

This week for tech we started of at Digital tech as it's new a term. The beginning of  the lesson was led by our new tech teacher Mrs Anderson. We all cooperated in a game that Mrs Anderson sent to us, as we played we learnt how to give out the right instructions and how to be confident with sharing ideas. We then created a google presentation that represented what our code was from the game we played. It was very fun
